If you don't have a provider or want to seek competitive bids, use our RFP (Request for Proposal) system.

Contract Expiration Notifications
We automatically track your contract end dates and send notifications 90 days, 60 days, and 30 days before expiration. This ensures you have plenty of time to plan for contract renewal or start a new RFP process.

Starting a New RFP Process
When you're ready to start a new RFP (either at contract expiration or mid-contract), we make the transition smooth:
- Existing Provider Notification: Your current provider is automatically notified and invited to submit a competitive bid
- Preferred Status Cleared: Preferred provider status is temporarily suspended during the RFP process to ensure fair bidding
- Landing Page Updated: Your community page shows "RFP in progress" status during the bidding period
- Seamless Transition: Once you award the new contract, the landing page is updated with the new provider information

This approach is fair to your current provider and ensures they have an opportunity to submit a competitive renewal bid. Many Associations find their existing provider submits an improved proposal when there's competitive bidding, resulting in better pricing and enhanced services.
