Contract Expiration Notifications

We automatically track your contract end dates and send notifications 90 days, 60 days, and 30 days before expiration. This ensures you have plenty of time to plan for contract renewal or start a new RFP process.

Starting a New RFP Process

When you're ready to start a new RFP (either at contract expiration or mid-contract), we make the transition smooth:

  • Existing Provider Notification: Your current provider is automatically notified and invited to submit a competitive bid
  • Preferred Status Cleared: Preferred provider status is temporarily suspended during the RFP process to ensure fair bidding
  • Landing Page Updated: Your community page shows "RFP in progress" status during the bidding period
  • Seamless Transition: Once you award the new contract, the landing page is updated with the new provider information
