What's the difference between Verified and Vetted badges?
Verified Badge (FREE with Paid/Featured plans): We confirm you have a registered Florida business and positive online presence. This is a basic review that happens automatically when you upgrade. If you don't meet these requirements, you can still use paid plans but won't receive the badge.Vetted Badge ($495/year): Our comprehensive screening includes background checks, license verification (FWC, pest control), insurance validation, and professional references. Providers can earn BOTH badges—Vetted providers who upgrade to Paid/Featured automatically receive the Verified badge as well.
How do leads work?
Leads are included in Paid and Featured plans — there are no per-lead fees. When a customer requests service in your area, we email you the details so you can reach out and win the job. Free-tier providers get a contact form on their profile.
How does the Emergency response system work?
Add the Emergency Service add-on ($99/month flat, no per-lead fees). When a homeowner submits an emergency near you, we instantly alert every emergency-ready pro by text and email at the same time — the first to reach the customer wins the job. You're also listed with a direct call button on the public emergency page.
What are capacity controls and vacation mode?
Capacity controls let you set a maximum number of leads per week so you never get overwhelmed. Set it between 5-50 leads depending on your team size. Vacation mode lets you schedule time off in advance - set start and end dates and leads will automatically pause during your vacation, then resume when you're back. Both features are available to Paid and Featured providers from the settings dashboard.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll pro-rate any billing adjustments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Are there any contracts or commitments?
No long-term contracts required. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you'll still have access to your plan features until the end of your billing period.
What if I need help getting started?
We're here to help! All providers get access to our support team. Premium and Emergency plan customers get priority support, and Emergency plan customers get a dedicated account manager.
